SBE AFFILIATE AGREEMENT

Between: SECRET BILLIONAIRE EMPIRE ("SBE"), Accra, Ghana, secretbillionaireempire.com, represented by Michael Dzimedo, Founder
And: [your name] ("the Affiliate").
Date: 2026-10-21

1. Role. The Affiliate introduces businesses to SBE through their personal link or by declaring the contact in their affiliate space.
2. Commission. The Affiliate receives 10% of the first payment of every client they brought, once the client has paid that first payment in full and the ordered work (the "deal") has started. Later payments by the same client do not earn commission.
3. Attribution. A client is attributed to the Affiliate if they arrive through the Affiliate’s link (60-day cookie) or were declared by the Affiliate before contacting SBE. If two affiliates present the same client, the first one recorded wins.
4. Payment. Commissions are paid by Mobile Money within 7 days of the client’s payment. A refunded client cancels the matching commission.
5. Conduct. The Affiliate presents SBE honestly: no false promises of results, no spam, no advertising in SBE’s name without approval. The Affiliate does not commit SBE to any price or deadline.
6. Status. The Affiliate is independent; this is not an employment contract. The Affiliate is responsible for their own taxes.
7. Ending. Either party may end this agreement at any time in writing (WhatsApp or email). Commissions already earned remain payable.
8. Electronic signature. The Affiliate signs by typing their name; the date, time, IP address and fingerprint of the text are kept.
