Business Audit

How the audit works

What we check, where each answer comes from, and how the scores are calculated. No hidden data, no invented numbers.

Where the information comes from

How scores are calculated

Each check is either passed, partly passed, a gap, not verified, or not applicable. A stage’s score is the weighted share of points earned on the checks we could verify. Checks we couldn’t verify are left out of the score rather than counted as failures. If less than half of a stage could be verified, it shows “Not enough data” instead of a number.

The overall score is the average of the scored stages, with the digital foundation counting half. It needs at least three scored stages. 75 and above is healthy, 50 to 74 is leaking, below 50 is a major leak.

Follow-up is not scored. Reply times and lost enquiries can only be measured once WhatsApp and customer data are connected, so the report says so instead of estimating.

What to fix first

Priorities are ranked by the check’s weight, the likely impact of the fix, how serious the gap is, how quickly it can be done, and how close that stage is to a sale. Fixes that are really the same job, like adding one WhatsApp link to the website, Google and Instagram, are merged into one priority.

The revenue scenario

It is simple arithmetic on the numbers entered: enquiries per month × the share who buy × average spend, compared with a small improvement in that share. It is labelled as a scenario estimate and is not a forecast or a promise.
