Management and artistic direction contract

MANAGEMENT AND ARTISTIC DIRECTION AGREEMENT

Between: SECRET BILLIONAIRE EMPIRE ("SBE"), Accra, Ghana, secretbillionaireempire.com
And: [to be completed], known as the artist "[to be completed]", living in [to be completed] ("the Artist").
Date: 2026-10-19

1. Purpose. The Artist appoints SBE to manage their career and artistic direction, in order to build a complete marketing system: visual identity, releases, listing on streaming platforms and promotion.
2. SBE services. SBE provides: (a) artistic direction (cover art, visual identity, editorial line); (b) release delivery through a partner distributor and claiming of artist profiles; (c) a release plan and monthly promotion (social media, playlists, media); (d) outreach for shows and brand partnerships; (e) a monthly report (streams, followers, income). Advertising budget is not included and is only spent with the Artist’s written approval.
3. Artist commitments. The Artist provides their works, information and access on time, warrants that they hold the rights to the works provided, and tells SBE about any professional offer received.
4. Fees. Set-up fee: GH₵1,500, payable at signature with the first month. Monthly fee: GH₵500, payable in advance each month. Commission: 15% of net income from shows, partnerships and deals obtained or negotiated by SBE during the agreement. Streaming income stays 100% with the Artist.
5. Term. 12 months from signature, renewable by written agreement (a WhatsApp message or an email is enough).
6. Ownership. The Artist remains sole owner of their recordings, compositions, name and image. During the agreement SBE receives a non-exclusive right to use the name, image and excerpts of the works to promote the Artist. Paid visual creations belong to the Artist.
7. Termination. Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice. For a serious breach not fixed within 15 days of a written notice, termination is immediate. Commissions remain due on deals signed during the agreement.
8. Confidentiality. Each party keeps the other’s financial and business information confidential.
9. Governing law. The law of the Artist’s country of residence ([to be completed]) applies. The parties first seek an amicable settlement.
10. Electronic signature. The parties accept the electronic signature of this agreement. SBE keeps the date, time, IP address and digital fingerprint (SHA-256) of the signed text. A copy is available at any time through the agreement’s personal link.
11. Age. The Artist declares they are at least 18 years old. Otherwise the agreement must be signed by their legal guardian.
